BPI is an up an coming creative design firm located in Tennessee. We are looking for a talented individual with experience in HTML, CSS, Flash AS2 & AS3, XML and some database experience with PHP, MySQL.
The individual we select will be based off experience not just price. It is our goal to build a relationship in order to create a solid team to take the firm to the next level.
The site we need an estimate on has been designed and partially built out. We need you to build out the rest of the site using Flash, HTML and XML, there is a small CMS that controls the homepage announcements and buttons. We will need you to copy the database from one server to the client server and integrate the front end actionscript to the database. There is a working model of the CMS and website.

The index and about pages have been rough out as you can see, click the about button to view the about page.
All the sub pages will be basically the same as the about page except for the calendar and media center. There are about 10 – 15 pages, on most pages we will be just dumping in content. The calendar page will be a Flash calendar off [login to view URL] and dropped in to the site. On the media center we will work together to insert the proper code for the live and archive webcast elements.
We do ask that all code be clean and clearly commented for future modifications. All art files will be provided. Site has been designed in CS4, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Flash.
