Directory Website Template Design

I'm looking for someone who has experience creating templates for Directory Generator or Traffic Equalizer. You can see sample templates at <[login to view URL]> The TOP ROW - CENTER TEMPLATE!! What I need is a template that is similar to: <[login to view URL]> AND similar to <[login to view URL]> [login to view URL] inserts a header and footer file, where the Google Adsense code and banners are kept in. I want to combine that feature with the features of the six sigma site where the keyword lists are off to the left in two segments. And where there are pictures that are 300 X 300 big and then website title and descriptions that are locked in with FIXED WIDTHS. So you MUST be able to create a template with FIXED COLUMNS for the main part of it. Or I think they call them FIXED TABLE SIZES!!! These are Directory websites, and when I run the program, the results need to be locked in to a certain size. The result lines run up to 500 characters big, but it needs to be confined into a space that looks good and fits onto the page like the example sites about. NOTE: I would really like you to come up with a unique design that contains these features, but is NOT looking exactly like those sites. ANY & ALL SUGGESTIONS and sample work would be appreciated!! I want these site pages to look like original content and layouts - not just a templated look. I'll give %TAG% names and more information to the final bidder that shows me that they can and have designed teplates like I'm wanting.
