Data Grabber Script

Need a script that Grabs job data from a job portal on the web or from an email and parses data into a comma or space delimted format. Follow this example: File Format(Comma Delimited): "Billing Plan","City","State","Country","Job Type","Position Type","Minimum Experience","Minimum Education","Salary","Salary Type","Job Title","Short Description","Long Description" This script must be able to be configured for different job portals. And parse data into the delimited format specified. Examples of the job portals used can be supplied via screenshots or if you are familair with IQ Navigator, Econometrix, Telecomcareers, etc.
