Css changes for homepage

I need changes made to an existing site template and style sheets. It needs to be changes to the css and template Please see the template here at [login to view URL] What I need done is 1. In the main content area (Removing the Risk from Website Development) I want a new header type banner. It will still say "Removing the Risk from Website Development" But will contained within banner like the top bar which contains Systemsforge title. I want it similar to this with the rounded edges with a black font for the text and an off white color for the background 2. Below this I want a text area similar to the right hand sidebar with the gray background and the same font as the right hand sidebar. This will just be text and will contain no headers. It should be about 4 lines in length 3. Below this I want 4 boxes in a 2x2 formation equally spaced from each other. Again these need to have the rounded edges like this link ([login to view URL] ) These boxes will be the same red as the top bar with the same white font used . This entire boxes will be links and will Contain text, 1st box : Who we are (1st row) 2nd box: We take all the risk (1st row) 3rd box: Solving business problems using web technologies (2nd row) 4th box: Website developers: Outsource the production work (2nd row) Under the right sidebar I need another gray box similar to the one above in this box I need a title: Our Existing Clients. Under this title I want to use the attached icon as a link. For the left side bar I want the link size increased and use a square bullet or if you can recommend a nice bullet icon to use I am open to suggestions Also I need a selected state for the top bar (same as mousover) and I need a visited state for the links in the main content area to be the same as the existing mouseover.
