Crop flash or swf file and insert into Concrete5 website

The attached flash element needs to be edited and added to this concrete5 website header: <[login to view URL]> The element currently shows a navigation menu as well as a flowing water effect. The job I need is to have the element edited/CROPPED to SHOW ONLY THE FLOWING WATER rectangle. Then, the flowing water rectangle needs to be inserted into the site in place of the static flowing water image that is currently on the site. In other words, I want the site left as is, including the existing non-flash navigation. The only change i'm asking for is to have the image of the blue watery header made to come alive as it is in the flash.
