Create/Edit new entity in .Net webapp

We have a .Net web application written in c# and using .Net 4.0 The application is based on aspx, mssql and linq plus telerik for frontend stuff like grids We need to extend the application with the possibility to create new instances of 'PartGroup' that should be stored in the db. A part group has the following properties * PartGroupNumber * Name * Description The model/type for a PartGroup is defined in 'dbml' Basically a new view should be created, the view can be seen at [login to view URL] We will deliver code and instructions for the entire app, so it can be installed locally
