Convert .psd to html

I have a .psd photoshop 8.0 file that I need converted into a fully compliant html document. I need 2 folders returned....a video folder, an images folder and a working set of html files. I need a custom free flash video player instead of the YouTube video you see. I should be able to simply go into the HTML code and add any new flash videos I might have. All the text you see should be in verdana font. The Greek text for all the links I will supply after the bid has been accepted. Ideally I would also like template HTML pages for all the other sections that I can fill in later. The Greek text needs to display correctly on all major browsers without the user having to set fonts! For now I only care about the main Greek and main English page. The hover text menu color should be some kind of orange that looks good. The Buy Now button is simply yellow to attract attention. You are looking at the main page in the psd file. Finally, if you can recommend an alternate layout that looks more professional and more stylistic than the current psd file, I will give you $20 extra if I like it. The page needs to load very fast. ## Deliverables I will require a total of 2 .html files at least. The first one is based on the .psd template that I will email/attach, the 2nd .html file is going to look exactly like the first one but with different text (greek) The greek text needs to be displayed on all required browsers.
