Clone of a static website

Hello Coders, I need a website cloned. The source website is [login to view URL] I have been authorized to get EVERYTHING off the website including text, images, CSS, Javascript, etc . The look / design has to be altered a little to make it look different. I repeat - look different, but functions will remain the same. A shopping cart and other functions will then be added to it by me. So, I suppose with an application like [login to view URL]'s SiteImport or WinHTTRack (Open Source), you can get the entire site including the CSS, Javascript etc. Then re-skin it. Please let me know the following: 1. Have you seen the website in question ? (Please take a good look at the site,number of pages etc ) 2. Time you will take to finish it. 3. Design concept for the front page and inner pages. I can provide photos from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for the design . You have to provide Artistic Skills and Elbow Grease :) Immediately after successful completion of this site I have one more project. Please ask any questions that you may have.
