Change website design

I need somebody to code the new design to HTML/CSS. The site already exists, I just need somebody to change its look according to a new design, already created by somebody else (look attached). The job is actually to look at main page, check out current design and change it to look as on the picture - for one page only, I'll do the rest. I want to get two HTML/CSS pairs - one 'save as' of old design and the new one - so I can compare them and change site's templates accordingly (site content is dynamic, that's why i need the old design copy). Current HTML/CSS code is pretty well written, I don't want totally new code, just changes of current code.
