CSS / XHTML / Photoshop Needs

I have a design and PSD currently for a website homepage. I need this design cut up into XHTML using the latest w3c CSS standards.
Additionally, using the content that we provide, I will need sub-page design for the 7 sub-pages of the site. I do want the sub pages to be attractive and not just look like they are sandwiched between the top bar of the site and the bottom bar. As such the sub pages will need graphical elements such as layout, different uses of fonts and colors, appropriate stock photos added where needed, and graphical elements added to fill out the page and make it look finished. While I do have content for the pages, you as the designer will need to layout, design, select fonts colors etc to fill out the page.
Also I will need the page to be viewable during development so that we can provide input and view the development process so that we can keep the cuotmer informed.
*Please note that the flash for the site will be provided. We will only need you to integrate the .swf file in the defined flash area once it is finished.
*Also this is only for design CSS / XHTML / Photoshop the needed PHP programming will be done in-house.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This site will need to be programmed for use on a linux server using CSS / XHTML standards.
Must support Firefox, IE, Safari, and Chrome
