Customize Multi-Site Wordpress Plugin

I have customized the WMPUDev Autoblog Plugin: [login to view URL] My customized version pull posts from craigslist for me. These are the immediate needs, but I am looking for someone I can work with long-term on more customizations to this plugin. This plugin requires a strong working knowledge or multi-site and scalability. Please provide examples of past multi-site networks or plugins you have worked on. I also wants someone who will work fast on projects. I don't want this dragging out for weeks and weeks... There are three basic things I need done. 1) Take a process that is autosuggesting new sites, and then creates them and make it automatic. The plugin is already working fine, I just want to automate a bit more. 2) Create an automated job that looks through the sites each day and finds blogs that have not been updated in 60 days or so and adds them to a queue that will run every 5 mintues or so and deletes those sites. 3) The plugin currently allows me to upload feeds to be processed in an excel sheet. This part would be to configure the upload so we can first specify the domain the feed is supposed to be suggesting and creating sites for (and posting on), and then customize the plugin so that it actually functions that way.
