Custom Modifications to existing Wordpress Theme

I have a theme that was purchased from Themify and am very happy with it and its customization. The elements are all great and work perfectly for the website I am using it on, but I'd like to make a few customizations to the layout and styling options of the homepage and header file. The main changes would be to extend the side bar into the header and change the layout of posts display (on the homepage only) beyond what the Themify panel options allow us to do. I need a real wizard in Wordpress for this project :) Please PM for more details and to give me an estimated number of hours that you'd require to complete this project. I would need it done ASAP, as in the next 2 weeks :)
