Create a wordpress theme from HTML files

Hello,
I need a wordpress developer to create a Wordpress theme. I will provide the HTML files, made using Zurb Foundation Framework, and the development server with a fresh install of Wordpress. You will have to keep it updated so it's easier to check.
I will provide a zip file containing 4 HTML pages that cover all the designs needed for this project. There is no special difficulty to mention. Here is a list of the key features :
- Dynamic menu
- Image slider
- Image gallery with lightbox popup (already integrated in the provided HTML, using Foundation Clearing JS )
- Contact form
- On a specific template, possibility to create custom fields to link PDF resources, Google Map lightbox, and / or 'Go to another site' button, or some text data populated in a HTML table.
