Create wordpress site from existing static site.

Hi, I have just had a site designed and it has been basically coded as a static site, and can be found at [login to view URL] There are two pages which have been completed [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The source files can be provided if needed in pdf format to the select bidder. So I want to site to run on wordpress, with the ability to add content to the rest of the pages. Plus have a blog page. There are also a few additions that I will need, I want the details from the small form on the homepage, to be passed onto the form on the apply page. As well as passing to the form, I would also like those details moved over to create an email list. With an email list service. The whole site need to be under a security certificate, so I will purchase a mcafee certificate, then we just have to make sure that is implemented properly and the site loads straight in https.
