Copy website to Wordpress

I would like this website integrated into Wordpress. [login to view URL] Pages breakdown: Home - The client can update the text and it will appear in the same font and position on page. Some kind of script so they could upload the latest gig flyer and it would appear in the jquery transition at the correct size and also click through to it's position on the Events page. The client can choose which flyers appear in the jquery transition. Functions - The text and images can be updated. The text will keep its css styling and the images will stay in the same position. (At the moment I am waiting for more images, so this page may end up needing an image slider in the same position where the images are currently, so the user can flip through all the photos.) Events - The client can update the text and flyer for each event listing. The text will always be on the right, and the flyer will always be on the left. The flyer will always be able to pop up in it's own lightbox as it is currently. There will need to be a script to convert the flyer to the right size (500px height for the large lightbox image, and 180px width for the small image). The client will also need to be able to delete events. The client can put in a link in the text - and the link will keep it's css styling consistent with the rest of the site. All links to external pages will open in a new window (as they do currently). Photos – The client can upload a photo for the cover of each photo album and there will be a script so it will resize at (298x199px) and appear in the yellow box. The client can choose the date for each album and it will appear with the text correctly formatted. The most recent albums are at the top. For the gallery pages I have used Galleria. For example this gallery [login to view URL] shows photos from here [login to view URL] This is how it's working: [login to view URL] So I just need a way to make it easy for the client to just choose the cover photo for the album, write the date in the correct stylings, choose which facebook photo album it will feed from, and Wordpress will just automatically create another Galleria page and link to the id of the album on facebook. Or the gallery could probably always open the same page, but depending on which photo album the user clicked on, the galleria would pull in the facebook photos from that album (and the album title would change depending on that). The number of photos in the album will appear under the date of the album on the Photos page. Contact - The client can update the text. The text will stay in the same position with the same css stylings. The client can change the form fields and email address if they choose. They can also edit the Employment opportunities text. Connect - This client doesn't need to edit this page. Google Analytics - A field in the Wordpress where they can paste in their google analytics. Links – All links away from the site will open in new windows as they do currently. The 633 Ann logo and cloud in the top left corner will link to the home page as they do currently. ***Please note I am a web developer that is outsourcing this project. The code will be checked, quality is paramount. Poor coding practices will not be tolerated i.e. inline styles, js, etc
