Control Advertising on my Wordpress Theme

Looking for a wordpress professional, Our company would like to control our advertising within the theme purchased through [login to view URL] which is installed on our server. Our company would like to be able to control what advertising goes on what categories, pages, and posts. We would like to know if this possible. If this is not possible, we would like to know what our options are, we have purchased an additional theme that would allow us to create as many sidebars as needed which would allow us to control our advertising on different categories, pages and posts.
