I need a calculator built for a website. The website is built on Wordpress.
The calculator will work the following way:
Form:
Drop Down (A) Number of properties(1-20)
Text Field (B) Total gross rents per weeks for all your rental properties
Drop Down(C) Per Week(1) | Per Month(4) | Per Anum(52)
Text Field(D) Estimate market value of your rental property or properties
Calculation works by:
Calculate annual rent by multiplying (B) by 52 Weeks, 12 Weeks, 1 Weeks depending on whats in the drop down box (C) = (E)
Multiply (E) by 107.5% = (F)
Subtract (F) by (E) = (G)
Final Answer to display is (G)!
Example
(B)= 1200
(C)= 52
(B) x (C)= 62400=(E)
(E) x 107.5% =67080= (F)
(F) - (E) = 4680
This will include design and development of the calculator.
