Auto Response Form

I would like a form created that gives specific responses dependant on the input of the visitor especially when using radio buttons and check boxes. The response should be output to an email address that the visitor has provided. Example: If the form has radio buttons to select either FORD, JAGUAR or ROLLS ROYCE and the visitor chooses FORD the response would be - THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING A FORD WHICH IS A RELIABLE CAR. No mention should be made of the other cars on the response. When choosing the extras for the car the visitor can use check boxes to select AIR CON, DVD PLAYER, ALLOY WHEELS, METALIC PAINT. If the visitor only chooses AIR CON and METALIC PAINT then the response at paragraph one would be - AIR CON IS A GOOD DECISION IN HOT CLIMATES. Paragraph two would then be - METALIC PAINT WILL MAKE YOUR CAR SHINE. No mention should be made of the other options on the response.
