Add feature to existing WP Plugin

'm working on a website for a friend of mine who is trying to start his own business. Long story short, I just have one last final touch, but I do not have the time to figure something out. I have this WP Plugin which I bought, it allows his "clients" to go onto the site, login, and then fill out a form and SAVE it multiple times. It's really hard to explain how we are using this form but the way it will work is each "save" is for a different category that the client will be saving. [login to view URL] The issue is that the plugin has a default as saving as the DATE… I want to customize it to save with a custom title. (Ex, pics attached… it says DATE UPDATED and when you click on the date, it presents the info that you filled out and saved in that form).
