Point of Sale software (Ready Made)

Hi, I am looking for a company / team that has already done a professionally looking / enterprise level kind of Point Of Sale software, The software must be built on latest technology and it should work well with Mobiles / Accessories shops and retailers. This is not a from the scratch development project so please bid if and only if you have anything already developed and working. Once you are selected we will do the customization development in the existing code. I have two prepositions in mind 1- I will Buy full source code and rights of the software ( Preferred) 2- Build a partnership with your company , where you will be responsible for the technical support , updates and fixes- While i will handle the business side here and to make the process fair we can develop some licensing mechanism. (We don't have to worry about this at this stage, this can be settled down later on if you are a selected bidder) This is a sure shot business opportunity as many clients are already waiting for the system i will provide more details to the selected bidders.
