Delay response on RCPT to command for Invalid Recipients, and either reject or accept based on DB settings.

I would like an event sink written, not using the CDO wrappers to trigger on each RCPT to command in IIS SMTP.

On the RCPTTo command, a SQL query should be fired to a SQL table called Mailbox to verify if the email address exists within the table. If the mailbox exists, the rcpt to command should be replied to with 250 OK immediately.

If the mailbox does not exist, a 2 additional lookups should occur (Might be possible to do as 1 lookup). Lookup 1. lookup the customerID for the domainname.

Lookup 2. Check if isReject value is set for the customer ID, in the customer table.

If the isReject value is true, the recipient should be denied with Invalid Mailbox after a 5 second delay. If it is set to false, the connection should be accepted after a 20 second delay.

I would like the event sink written in C# 2005, .net version 2

If the SQL server does not respond, all requests should be delayed for 5 seconds.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
