Debugging of search engine crawler project.

Our project is a world wide crawler written in asp.net and using dotlucene as a indexing engine with final data being stored into MSSQL database. The bulk of the project has been completed and now were moving into the debugging phase. Were looking for a programmer that can go through and start debugging the crawler and CPU usage issues that it has as it spikes most servers that it has been tried on. Our current code has a administration console and many features for controlling the crawl etc. Were really looking for a programmer that we can build a ongoing working relationship with that will take our project seriously.
