Daily-Task-Planning Software (FinalPost)

We need a relatively simple stand-alone software for daily planning. Right now we use a paper document, which requires us to transfer the unfinished tasks to the next day manually. In the attached JPEG-File you see the 3 basic screens of the programm. The first one is an intro page where you can choose to see the 2nd-Page "First steps" or go straight to the 3rd-Page. On the 3rd page you can fill in your tasks for the day and their status (finished, started, not done), as well as in- and outgoing calls and the feedback for the day. During the installation procedure, you should be able to specify a folder where you want to save your data. For each date should exist a seperate file. There should be a print-feature -> DIN A4. When you press the button "Übertrag", the unfinished task and the unanswered (red) phone calls should be transferred to the next day. The programm should save the data every 15 minutes. More information you will find on the attached word document. The graphic part we have already done (see JPG). Now we need a software company to do the technical part. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The Software should run stand-alone in Win98, NT, 2000, XP.
