CD/DVD Backup Database We need a database to track files copied to CD/DVD. We have users who burn large graphics files to DVD or CD. We need a system that will allow the user to enter information about the contents of the DVD/CD into a database and easily retrieve the information later. The database should consist of the following: Asks users if they would a.) Search for files/jobs on a CD/DVD b.) Create a new CD/DVD When they click Create user is given a form that has the following: a.) auto assigned ID Number for the CD starting with 1000 b.) auto assign data CD was created c.) CUSTOMERS: 10 free text fields to enter customer names d.) JOBS: 10 free text fields to enter job numbers e.) DESCRIPTION: Free text field to enter description of contents on CD/DVD f.) Submit button to enter into database g.) After submitting they get a verification screen that says: CD/DVD Cataloged ??" Please label your CD #XXXX. Remember to make two copies of the CD/DVD and provide one to management to be kept offsite h.) A large PRINT button. The print button prints a CD/DVD jacket that fits in standard jewel cases. The jacket will put the ID Number on the front and spine. On the back it will show the names of the client files/jobs on the CD. The printout should have lines so the person knows where to cut/folder the print out When the user clicks SEARCH for files/jobs on a CD/DVD a.) They are able to search by job number, Customer name, or Description. They have the ability to enter search data in one or more fields. b.) When they click search it will show possible matches, they can click the search results to see the full listing with all job numbers, Customers and description entered when they created the CD. Prefer program to be written in access and packaged with Access Runtime (machine does not have MS Access installed) Prefer to be able to store mdb file on a shared server for backup (not on the local machine) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
