Command line SQL parser

Command-line program to run nightly via scheduler. 1) Look in *filepath* for latest files of form *filename1_YYMMDD* and *filename2_YYMMDD*. The files are in CSV format and consist of **n** rows and **m** columns. 2) Strip out all columns except predesignated fields *field1*, *field2*, *field3*. 3) Associate *field i* with a predesignated **Ticker** in SQL Server running locally and INSERT records (each field will be inserted along with the keyed fields **Date_** and **Ticker**), so if *filename1* has **n** rows and **m1** columns after stripping, there will be **n** x **m1** records inserted. 4) Send an email to *emailrecipientlist* indicating success (assume outlook is the email client). I suspect this is a relatively simple job for someone who knows what they are doing! I will supply fieldnames and filenames and paths for inclusion in the executable but I will need to be able to make modifications with some ease. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, including a software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Sufficiently muscular machine running Windows XP Pro.
