Clock User Control needed for Silverlight

Hi, I need a Clock User Control for Silverlight which shows an analog clock face.? The attached document descibes it in detail.? There's actually a webpage that has a similar control that you can use as a start - it is mentioned in the document. It needs to look simple and be very easy to use by dragging and dropping the hands. It needs to be in C#, and runnable from Visual Studio standard version (with all Silverlight apis, of course).
