Client Side etx to SugarCRM

We are currently running the free version of SugarCRM. We would like to have a couple of light weight client application that reside on in the system tray that will aloow people to perform certain functions more quickly, without having to log into the CRM tool. You must be familiar with SugarCRM for this project ## Deliverables There are three functions that need to be provided 1. Very fast way to look up contacts and accounts. Just want to quickly be able to search and find the contact information. should be very light weight application and must be fast 2. See activities assigned to me, and be able to create and close them and assign them. These should be grouped by Account and allow me to see what is coming up soon (due soon).. I may also need access to the NOTE section of the account from here. So i can keep track of what is going on. Potential extra 3. Select a number of account taht i am working with that will show up in a list..this will give me fast acceess to Tasks related to them, Contact information, History where where i can create a note..or attachment and see all existing notes (this is prob the one we need the most help with..i don't want to get carries away. the goal is to becase we have a lot of projects going on at one time, we need fast acess to the set of clients we are dealing with). I want to keep this whole project small so we can find what we like and add to it later. So i am up for suggestions.
