I am looking for a product that will generate bookmarks automatically from an non-OCR PDF file. I imagine the process itself will OCR an existing PDF file, create bookmarks from a user defined template (based on font style, size, indentation/margins, or specific text), and then insert the bookmarks back into the non-OCR PDF. The most important factor is the final PDF can not be OCR'd, but will contain bookmarks. The intial product will provide a GUI launched from the desktop to select a folder/files for processing. Additionally, it will include the ability to specify/edit/create templates, and designate an output location. Provided this can be created, future enhancements will be server based processing via watched folders.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4.) GUI to address product description and attain final acceptance from project requestor. 5.) Accessible fields in source codes to add product name, company name & info.
