I need a website programmer/designer to create for me a site that features a forum and flashchat. I already have the flashchat installed with my host under a dedicated server. I just need the site designed. With the site I am looking to attract australian members. It is suppose to be a dating/community website. I want it to have a VIP option for members that gain access to extra features, like cam, and mic, and other chat and profile features that are extra.
This project I think is fairly complex and challenging to design it. So I need an experienced web designer.
