Developing a Website with Admin Features

The pages I need done for the main product feature website are; 1.) The home screen which will have a jquery alternating image on the front kind of like [login to view URL] 2.) a Features page that will look similar to [login to view URL] 3.) Booking Example page which will show how easy it is for someone to make a booking online which will be somewhat the process as it is now on the make a booking section on [login to view URL] (First select the hair stylist, what you need done, etc) Admin section just needs the template to be made, attached is a screen shot of it, but if you would like to see it more in depth view I can send you the login url and the login details if you would like to see it. The admin section must have a tablet view and a mobile view. The tablet view will be the same as the desktop view and will have a left hand menu which can be scrolled and not affect the main section and a main section which can be scrolled and not affect the menu section and the mobile view must have a persistent bar which stays on the top even when scrolling, an example of this would be the [login to view URL] website which also has the left hand lines which you can select other menu options which will look more like the [login to view URL] website. Everything has to be mobile and tablet responsive and the tablet can be the exact same as the desktop version, but MUST be optimized for touch devices.
