Develop a Casino website and Make seo for it

we need an website C L O N E copy of [login to view URL] in asp.net . i am not sure that in which language [login to view URL] is made. but i like its functionality. i want it same as same.. with different images or links. please review it and let us know in which language it would be better if in php with mysql then why in mysql.. if in asp.net sql server then why in it. if you want use template like [login to view URL] then you can use in casino site... what would be better PLEASE DONT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU DONT CHECK [login to view URL] FUNCTIONALITY PROPERLY. make your rfp or under standing doc ready.. winners should submit doc with in one hour after awarding project.. thanks to all
