I am looking for someone to design, develop and build a website that will allow me to put content on constantly under each sections of the website (see brief). Within each pages and under each sections of the website, i want to have advertising banners to be loaded (fixed advert or advertising that rotate and change every 5 seconds) I attach a brief for this project and would appreciate if Freelancers could consult the document first and thereafter issue a quote and timelines they could complete it within. I would like this website to be 'online and operational' within at the latest 30th April 2013. It would be great if you could advise if u have undertaken similar website build and share the URL for my perusal. Many thanks Azid
