Design Integration in a PHP Website

Hello, I have a new design for my website that uses PHP, HTML CSS and SQL The design is in HTML. I need someone to integrate the HTML design to the site. There are around 6 main templates, but in total, there are around 25 HTML files to integrate. Most of the design is similar from page to page (ex: the header, the side bar...). I consider it to be a simple design. Site is basically made of 5 main PHP files + the member section.
