Customized MovieMasher

Hello, I need a customized moviemasher application for moviemasher.com. PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH MOVIEMASHER!!! I will need the application installed on my OWN DEDICATED SERVER.!!! The 3 MAIN specifications that I need for this APPLICATION is: SNAPSHOT CREATOR(which freeze video to make image, jpg or png. ARROWS, & CIRCLE EFFECTS( these will be effects that can be added to video, similar to text on top of video) & RENDER& SAVE (the ability to save, and render video to a wmv, mov, or avi file) I HAVE ATTACHED AN IMAGE THAT EXPLAINS EXACTLY how I want the finished project to look. IN ORDER TO BE HIRED, YOU MUST PROVIDE SIMILAR WORK OR DOWNLOAD MOVIEMASHER & INSTALL THEN PROVIDE EXAMPLE.(SORRY BUT I HAVE HIRED TOO MANY PEOPLE THAT SAY THEY KNOW HOW TO DO A JOB only to LEARN ON the JOB)
