Customised SocialEngine plugin

I need a customised SocialEngine plugin: It will be a single page outlining a Research project (with name, date, research methodology, group to be tested, etc, etc) It can be an existing plugin, but a better solution would be one which we can customise. I need two things - a plugin suggestion and someone who is willing to re-code it to make the changes. I don't care the plugin comes from. It could be your own or one you know exists. The plugin needs to: (1) Have customisable fields, so we can add new fields and change existing ones. (2) Act as a central point for all activity in SocialEngine site about that Research Trial (link to forums, or self-contained messaging between people). Postings, etc. (3) It needs to have buttons placed within the page to bring up other pages in the SocialEngine site. This is very important. (4) It has to be very open to different themes - so we can layout the page how we like and make it look awesome. (5) It has to come with good existing database structures, so we can just drop it in to our MySQL database. If you know of a plugin that might work for this, and have the skills to customise it if necessary, then send me a link to the plugin you are thinking of and tell me what changes you can make to it to fit our needs.
