Custom Membership Access Control for Wordpress Site - ASAP

I need to add membership login & control section to a worpress site. It is simple wordpress site where there is no login section at the moment. We have certain users who subscribe to certain videos. We upload the video on one of video hosting sites (e.g [login to view URL]) and then embed the video code into the wordpress post to be view able to our users. The video itself is not view able anywhere else. (views disabled from where it is hosted)
Challenge is that we do not want every user to access every video (post). We want users to view only those videos (posts) which they are subscribed to and each user is different. Admin of the website will decide which user will be given access to which post (video). Similarly there will be NO signup page. Admin will create the username & password and send to the user. Only user will have access to "forget password" or "change password" links.
