Website to allow users to evaluate their credit worthiness and learn about products within their reach by downloading of coupons redeemable on each vendor's site.
Freelancer should be fluent in PHP, MySQL and Yii framework. MVC programming is required. Project is divided into three distinct parts: User, Vendor, and Administrator.
User:
- 9 forms

Vendor:
- 6 forms
- 2 reports
Administrator:
- The Administrator part is out of the scope of this initial phase.
Freelancer will receive MySQL database structure, website class diagrams, and use-case diagrams upon request.
Note: We can do this ourselves, but don't have the time to do so right now.
