Create Website with Photo and Video Gallery

I am setting up a website with photo and video galleries. The site will initially be a free site then convert to a paysite once it is up and running with the basic design. I am looking for bids for both converting a template as well as just building completely from your own code. I have the basic design ideas and I have all of the photo and video that will be uploaded. Just need someone to setup the site get it on my server and make it simple for me and others to upload photos and videos. You can also include a quote for mainataing the site and adding new functionality on an ongoing basis. Please bid initial amount for the basic set up of landing page with enter button and auth form to access the home page then links to photo gallery and video gallery pages. second part of bid will be for incorporating payment proccesor or shopping cart functionality. third part will be for basic maintenance to keep site growing
