Create a Second Sidebar in IPB 3.2

Hi, I migrate recently my community to IPB 3.2 (Invision Power Board) but i found that IPB only have 1 sidebar in the right and this is very difficult for me because i have a lot of mods and logos from partners that i need to show, is imposible with only 1 sidebar. Im using the skin named: "Spectrum" For me this is very difficult but for a person with php knowledge is a very simple task, this is a community without sponsors and my budget is very tight, this is the reason because i can't award the proyect to high bids. im sorry but Bids for $75 and up automatically ignored
