Convert redesigned Webpage into Joomla

We have redesigned two webpages but we don't find the time to integrate it into Joomla.
So, the task is to implement the new webdesign into Joomla (partially started) and make sure that the content of the old webpage and the new webpage is synchronized, i.e. the new webpage should show the same content as the old one. All content is in two languages available: german and italian.
Plus integration of some Joomla extensions like:
iJoomla Metatag Generator
The Flash Module
Fade Images Plugin
