Convert html to xhtml/css validated template

I have a number of PSD files to convert to xhtml and validated CSS templates. Sample image for one page attached. I need a quote for converting one PSD to a fully validated css/xhtml template. Depending on which PSD sent you will have a single page, or upto 3 pages to convert to templates. Your bid is for converting UPTO 3 PSD images into individual template pages - in the event that a single page is required you will be advised and asked to rebid accordingly. Payment will be on completion and to the satisfaction of my client only. Do not ask for escrow as on this particular project I do not have funds with which to "pre-pay" on escrow - please check my feedback to see that I am a trustworthy client.
