Convert to CMS

To whom it may concern, I have a client who I designed a website for and this client wants to turn it into a CMS. Here is the link [login to view URL] . This client wants to do changes to the website like for example let’s start in the main page he would like to add products to the where the existing products are where he can add up to 12 products. Also to this page he would like to add a link for each product to where it leads to more information about the product, and he would want to add a description, a photo, and possibly a video (ex. from YouTube) to the link page. But say there’s not enough information about the product say no video my client does not want to see an empty white space below it that can say, (for ex. coming soon) he does not want to see that just the information given about the product please note that it is important, but say he saved that product but later found a video he would like to go back and be able to add it with no problem. The next tab is named Nuestro Equipo (Our Team). As you can tell when you click on the tab nothing opens well my client wants to add employees to this tab. He would like to add profiles information about the employees to this tab. For example the name of the employee description of his position, a photo and a video, but if the employee does not have, say, a photo and video at the available he does not want to see the white spaces saying (coming soon) and, say, they want to add a picture later he will want to do add it with no problem. His main idea is to be able to go back and edit it later. These changes would be almost the same as the main page. Next change would be for the Order (Ordena) tab. For this tab my client wants to add more categories to the drop down tab, to where it says (como te enteraste de nuestro curso?). He has put his ad in different companies so he would like to add and edit more company names as he would like. Finally the next tab is called Contact Us (contactanos). As you can see there are tabs where my clients customers can add information to where they can contact them. My client wants to add his employees emails to where it says contact (contactar a) but where he can only see it say “from the backway”. When a customer sends it they see ventas (sales), Servicio al cliente (customer service) and otro (other), so he wants it sent to the correspondence categories that my client set’s up. Additional information: we have the html. ; .psd ; jpg ; flav ; flash etc. images. This project we need done this week by Friday no later than Saturday morning.
