Classifieds site redesign

I have a Classifieds web site [login to view URL] which I need redesigned. 1) Need the site background to be white.. not grey like it is. 2) Need new logo (black and Blue) And to be very professional looking 3) Under logo want a header bar (black) Want it to be skinny like navigation bar. 4. Home / Post Ad buttons must be updated to blue and look very proffessional 5. Reduce the size of the search box and give it a proffessional updated look 6. Remove the file folder images from catogories. 7. Update catogories font. Want font to be a tad smaller and main catogories to be in black. Sub catogories blue.
