Chipin Type Web site needed

The new site code will need to be compatible with the servers at [login to view URL] The site on the HOME page or LANDING PAGE should show 6 ongoing Chip In Programs that are to be selected by the back end administrator, These will display in a RANDOM order. The payments system to be used is PAYPAL. Please be sure to create a test chip in to see how their site works inside and out. We would like our site to function SIMILAR to theirs. On the home page we would like space for 2 adsence banners one on top and one on bottom and should be able to activate or deactivate these or place custom banners in there if we so choose on the backend with a CHECK BOX type selection. The back end must be able to do the following items : Install and set up the site by itself. 1st run of site should allow us to choose ADMIN ID and PASSWORD for backend. Edit or Delete Ongoing programs Change ALL text on the site Change ALL logos on the site / Pictures or logos Select what programs are FEATURED on the landing/home page 6 of them via CHECK BOX selection Edit or change banner URL's or GOOGLE ADSENCE program banners or add custom JPG,GIF with custom LINKS for the banners Reports should be able to be generated as to what programs have raised how much money. We would like the site to be FLASHY and NEW and PROFESSIONAL looking This project is an HOURLY pay project and all pay will be paid AT THE END of the project. We feel that this is fair as if you were working @ a 9-5 job you would not get paid the day before you started to work for the week but rather paid at the end of the week or end of work. All code is to be uploaded to us as it is developed and tested on our servers to make sure that it functions in our servers and conditions without problems. At the end of the project and after acceptance should errors occour with the software you agree to FIX the errors FREE of charge as this would be a flaw in workmanship. Time Tracker will be used and we ask that TEAMVIEWER is also installed and accessible to us so that we may assist in the implementation of the site.
