Change over current site configuration to run different domain

As discussed with ken. A couple more items have been added;

1) change [url removed, login to view] files to work with [url removed, login to view] (we will have to coordinate to figure out the best way do this together)

2) Package and transfer user database from old server to new server

3) Create/setup mailenable accounts for [url removed, login to view] (mailenable already installed)

4) Add 2 files (ct7 personal and ct7 commercial) to downloads page

5) install forum (you had shown one for joomla earlier) that allows users to use their social media user accounts to register/login

6) Fine tune spacing and linking on new webpage (border gaps and centering and internal links)

7) Transfer old phpbb3 forum into new site for time being

8) Port over old links and link exchange submit form from old site.
