Change PHP / CSS / HTML System

existing freelance portal (written with CI Frameworks) to be changed as follows: 1. All form input fields must be modified to enable the entering of Spanish accents (e. g. í, á. ó, ñ ....). Currently when using these accents the database only saves all letters before the accent. 2. Modify css stylesheet in order to give our system a new, fresh and modern look. the 2 main colors should be kept. The rest is up to you. Condition: The form input fields must be completed within 1 day! For the CSS modification you can take some more time but you should not exceed more then 4 days! Payment: Payment will be done up on completion of the project, that means once all requirements have been implemented to our system and have been tested.
