I have a news portal web site. Script is coded with ioncube so i can not change the source code. Design is working on css. I want to have fresh design related to women portal as unique as possible with just editing css files and bg pictures. (no html or other codes will be replaced i am just looking for new css design with good color and graphical structure.) And when you finish the css editing and make graphical design of the news portal, i want to have a wordpress theme which matches the exact graphical design of the news portal. It's an easy and fast work for experts and my budget is not more than 100$ for the css design of the news portal and wordpress template of the same design. Payment can be done by paypal, or credit card.
