CRELoaded, OSCommerce, Wordpress Developer Needed for Daily

Our company builds and maintains customer websites similar to ours at www.vividracing.com. This platform is based off of CRELoaded which is based off of OSCommerce that is heavily customize with our own code. We have daily issues and projects in which we require a programmer to assist us on the spot or take assigned tasks to completion. This could be anything from fixing a bug, customizing a product box, implementing a template, or enhancing a module. We require the programmer to be available to us via SKYPE chat from 9am-4pm PST. Small tasks will be dealt with via chat where major projects will be assigned and updated using our DotProject system. We are looking to pay this person on a retainer or per hourly wage.
