CPM Network Script

Hi, I am looking to start a small CPM advertising network. I will only need the publishers area and the administration area. No advertisers area is needed because I will add all the ads, I will be the sole advertiser. What I need: the full built website. Must Have Features: -publisher registration page -publisher logged in area where they can: * get ad codes * modify user profile * request payment * view stats * get referral link -administration area where I can: *create different sizes ad campaigns *set/change CPM pricing *view publishers approve/reject/modify them *view pending payment requests. I will provide you a full web 2.0 [login to view URL] template for you to build the entire website around, meaning you don't have to build the design from scratch but only customize that one. Further details will be discussed with the winning bidder. As for time frame, I am looking to have it done a.s.a.p. 2 weeks at most (if possible).
