Business social networking and membership website

I want to be able to create a website that will be able to interact with its users on the following levels of technology on the following links page; [login to view URL] as well as have the same site template as the above links website. I am starting a technology, medical, and services company and require full connectivity from its associates and members. Please let me know of any free, cheap solutions in scripting I can effectively utilize to satisfy my sites direction in reference to the link above. ~ A first few duties after code is in place will be minor tuning, the transfer of iBook Author content to the website template. Looking forward to incredible service and communication from a good team or individual developers I can rely on for growing site developments. I currently have 33 domains from godaddy, hostgator, 1and1 with 3 servers, 27 hosting accounts and gigs of data.
